    I’m going to try and take your advice. I do the exact same thing, it seems as if I’m addicted to night eating and it has to be sweet then salty. I feel terrible admitting this, but maybe this is what it takes for me to get a grip and stop this nonsense. Thanks for the encouragement. I’m determined to kick this habit of senseless eating.
