Our body is our vehicle to life, survival and existence on this planet.
Our body is designed for continual movement. It is built to compensate for various motions for long periods of time. Activities like fast walking, running and jumping as well as dancing, cycling and swimming are all forms of aerobic (using oxygen) cardiovascular (heart pumping) movements.
