Fat Kid! –I had struggled with my weight throughout my adolescence. M first diet was in the first grade!!!!!! And the cycle sped out o control and I developed eating disorders. I battled bulimia, anorexia and binge eating for a period of time.  My teenage and college years are a blur. I mostly remembered eating and binging. It was a long journey to actually lose over sixty pounds of solid body fat but I am so happy that I did. The most profound information has come from doing body fat testing on over 10,000 people, over the course of three years.  I had an enlightening education on the physiology of fat loss, the true nature of fat burning exercise, and how to have real long lasting heart health. What I think is insignificant.

What I experienced and witnessed is what’s relevant.  I saw one common factor that was crucial to permanent long-term weight loss, cardio! The people that did cardio was happier, had less stress, were more playful, had lower body fat and stayed with exercise longer. Diet Diva –  I tried every diet, every pill, and every gadget you could possibly think of to lose weight.  It was comedy in living color.  I wrapped myself in saran wrap, used a rolling pin on my thighs to get rid of cellulite, almost fainted from heat exhaustion while wearing a full sauna suit walking on a treadmill while drinking diet coke!! I wasn’t even drinking water. AAHH!!

The main contributing factor to my permanent weight loss has been cardiovascular fat burning activity. I still do a minimum of thirty minutes 4-5 times per week with 1-2 long 60-minute workouts.  It is my path to peace, euphoria, joy, long-term health and a lean body!
